  • Perform systems analysis, evaluation, integration, testing, documentation, implementation, and O&M of Army Enterprise and JRSS instantiations.
  • Apply ITIL processes.


  • Senior-level expertise in the following areas: system/processor architecture, server administration, AD, Domain Name System (DNS), virtualization, Layer-2/3 switching technologies, SNMP, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Storage Area Network (SAN), operating systems, software applications, network protocols, routers, switches, remote access servers, and firewalls. 
  • TS/SCI Clearance.

Certification requirements:

  • DoD 8570.01-M – IAT III
  • One of more of the following certifications: CCNP, CCNP-Security, MCSE, MCSA, MCTS SQL Server 2008/2012, MCITP SQL Server 2008/2012, MCM SQL Server 2008, BMC Remedy Administrator 7.x or greater, HBSS Administrator, Red Hat Linux, VMWare
