Seeking an individual that is interested in joining a growing enterprise with unending opportunities for career advancement through learning and mastering new skills and technologies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create e-mail and Active Directory accounts for new users
  • Assist in updating and maintaining images deployed to corporate laptops
  • Image laptops for remote and local users, and provide personal walkthroughs for computer usage
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets with minimal supervision
  • Maintain and update an inventory of corporate assets and licenses
  • Work with vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance of company assets
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to clarify status and identify problems
  • Create SOPs and documentation for common helpdesk tasks
  • Occasionally handle shipping light equipment to users at remote sites
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Demonstrate self-starter initiative and ask questions as appropriate
  • Customer Service mind-set/approach in dealing with end-users

Requirements 

  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer support role (min 2 years)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and able to deal with difficult situations calmly
  • CompTIA+ or relevant technical certifications are a plus
