Provide support to a wide array of customers as part of a complex team of multiple contractors and government personnel.
Must be a team player and able to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment. Perform full lifecycle management of hardware.
Deploy and decommission equipment as required.
Perform site surveys to assess and document current site network configuration and user requirements.
Analyze and develop new hardware requirements and prepare specifications for hardware acquisitions.
Develop hardware installation schedules. Mobilize installation team.
Direct and lead preparation of drawings documenting configuration changes at eachsite. Prepare site installation and test reports. Coordinate post installation operations and maintenance support.
Experience with CISCO routing and switching equipment, networked printers, Windows OS, and PC hardware needed.
Hands on experience with the development of enterprise networks and installation of high end network equipment
Domain knowledge and experience with TCP/IP related protocols, such as QoS and MPLS
CompTIA Security+ or CISSP Certification required
CCNA and CCDA level knowledge and/or Certifications required
Experience with Cisco IoS and NX-OS operating systems
Experience with Cisco routers and switches, including: Nexus 7k and 5k, ASR 9000’s, 3750’s, 6500’s, and 4500’s
Experience with OSPF, BGP4, EIGRP, STP, MST, SNMP, HTTP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, RADIUS, and TACAS+
IPv6 experience desired
Secret Government clearance required
